It is another way to spend an exciting, relaxing holiday, far from the masses and the noises of the city, and immersed in the green nature, directly in touch with the country civilization, its traditions, its good typical cuisine and products.
 It is an entire world to discover, with new itineraries, rich in monuments, churches, bell towers, castles, characteristic villages, wonderful landscapes, infinite horizons on many sweet hills, pleasant valleys, and the big fertile plain. It is a useful occasion to enjoy equipped sports and winter facilities, ridings and walks, tennis courts, bowling greens and swimming-pools, to walk, fish and play activities in several ways.
You can have fun with our people, their amusements and traditions. It is a new solution for school or community excursions (elders centres, recreational clubs, etc.), using farm holidays itineraries which create an instructive holiday through our hills and valleys, rich in natural and artistic beauties; farms which are real models to visit, where everything can be known and discovered. Several cottages, different the one from the other but similar at the same time, plunged into the country, on the side of a hill or a mountain, far from the traffic of the city, are at Your disposal with comfortable rooms, a kitchen where the family and its guests can prepare or have meals together, enjoying fresh and genuine foods, made according to the typical recipes: home-made tagliatelle, free-range chickens, typical cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables of the garden, and an inviting wine.
There is also a farmyard where the children can amuse themselves, playing games or having a rest on the grass, while You can read a newspaper, make tricotage or make conversation.
There are 100 paths through vineyards and fields till shadowy woods rich in blackberries, raspberries, bilberries and wonderful spontaneous flowers. You can also assist to the wheat threshing, agricultural works, grape harvest, wine pressing, fruits pickings and many other rural activities, which attract those who live in the city.

Our plain, decorous and practical furniture draws inspiration from the incredible simplicity of the wonderful and spontaneous nature, that surrounds our houses, with its sweet, soft and peaceful panoramic hills, and, for this reason, it avoids an excessive luxury.
We have given more importance to the presence of reproduction furniture (sideboards, tables, etc.) in the common areas of entrance (reception, hall, living room, TV set with fireplace, independent dining room, or small dining room enclosed in the living room, common room, etc.).
As regards the bedrooms, in some cases we have maintained the characteristics of the reproduction furniture, but in general we have given more importance to the practical aspects, using plain furniture (wardrobes, bedside tables, large mirrors, chests of drawers, beds with wood staves, additional bunk beds in some bedrooms, if necessary).
The kitchens are practical, providing accommodation for 6/8 people, with cooking stove, oven and refrigerator.

RURAL COMPLEX "VILLAGE COUNTRY PICCOLO BORGO ANTICO" WITH SWIMMING-POOLS AND A BIG, OPEN, STONE AMPHITHEATRE (SANTA VITTORIA IN MATENANO, ALONG RIVER TENNA)

Rural village, made of 6 buildings, which represents a wonderful example of recovery of the rural architecture.
The complex, which is situated in the commune of medieval origins of Santa Vittoria in Matenano (630 metres s.l.m.) (Contrada San Salvatore N�50/Stazione di Santa Vittoria in Matenano, at Km 40,3 of the main road Faleriense N�210), at 250 m s.l.m., has been built after the complete restoration of an ancient factory and an old power station, next to an old living settlement.
What is relevant is the preservation of some buildings that prove the existence of the local industrial and craft realities.
The accommodation facility lies inside a property of 15 hectares, touched by river Tenna; this clear watercourse, abounding in fish, and the self sown vegetation that grows around there, gives this place a very pleasant coolness in the summer. Big open amphitheatre (about 1500 sq m)) surrounded by stone walls. Possibility to fish in river Tenna.

(Contrada Molino / Monte San Martino - MC). Farm holidays centre near San Ruffino lake at 7,5 km. The touristic complex includes: Casa della Volpe, Casa del Cacciatore, Casale Grande del Mulino, Casale del Bosco.
