Casale Aronne, completely restored according the tuscany style, is an ancient farm house, placed on a mild panoramic hill, in the Maremma not far from Massa and the sea.
Fully in contact with nature, the estate extends over a surface of 13 hectares where there are olives, fields and Mediterranean plants.
Walking in the country you can easily meet various animals such as: foxes, hedgehogs, fallow-deer and wild boars.In the Estate there is the �Source Aronne� from which the farm house takes the name.

The offer allows three typologies:

4 apartments FOR 4 PERSONS
are composed by living room with cooking area and sofa bed, one bedroom and bathroom with shower.

3 apartments FOR 3 PERSONS
composed by living room with cooking area and sofa bed, two bedrooms, one bathroom with shower. Air conditioned is available in one of these apartments.

1 main apartment with wide living room, separate kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, of a balcony and a patio.

The eight apartments are completely furnished, with satellite TV and heating, and they are endowed with individual external space with table and chairs.
For a full relax, the equipped swimming pool and the barbecue are at guess disposal.

Period of location: Saturday-Saturday except otherwise express in the rate grid.
The price includes all the consumptions, a change per person of bed and bath linen and the final cleaning of the apartment.
A deposit of 30% must be paid for bookings made within 30 days before the start of holiday; a deposit of 60% must be paid for bookings made within 30 days from the start of holiday.Cancellations: there will be no refund.
The balance, caution and some other eventual costs, must be paid by cash at the delivery of the keys.Deposit for eventual damages: � 100,00.

In its natural surroundings, including sea, pinewood and mediterranean plants, Casale Aronne offers various attractions: walks in the country-side, riding and mountain bike excursions.
Casale Aronne is 5 Km. from Massa Marittima, 15Km. from Follonica and its beaches and 3 Km. from Lake of Accesa.
 This is a lake of Kars-formation with bathing water. Next to it there is an archaological park with the rest of an etruscan settlement.In the neighbourhood there are some natural preserves (Marsiliana, Parco di Montioni...) and the Carapax Centre, the only italian centre about the preservation and the study of tortoises.Those who love sea can easily reach Follonica, Torre Mozza, Carbonifera, Punta Ala or Puntone from where walking on foot or by bike you can reach Cala martina and Cala Violina, that�s one of the ten most beautiful italian beaches.
The region gives the opportunity of cultural and artistic trip in Massa Marittima, Vetulonia, Volterra, Pisa... or, in south direction, the etruscan settlements of Roselle, Vetulonia and Sovana.

By car:
1) From the motorway Bologna/Firenze in the direction Siena.
Exit at Colle V.E. take the direction Massa/Follonica and turn off at the 2� exit for Massa M.ma;
then turn right in the direction lake of Accesa. After 3 Km. on your left you�ll find our signs.

2) From Rome: take the SS1 Aurelia Highway, exit at Gavorrano s.,
take the SP49 in the Direction lake of Accesa/Massa M.ma, after 7 Km. on your right you�ll find our signs.

3) From Pisa: take the SS1 Aurelia Highway, exit at Follonica Est, go in the direction Massa M.ma,
take the 1� exit for Massa M.ma and turn right in the direction lake of Accesa. After 3 Km.
on your left you�ll find our signs.

By Airplane:
