the farm

Our farmhouse is located in the Tuscany countryside, between Colle Val d\_Elsa and San Gimignano. It is a typical one-family farm, we have two apartments and a bedroom, each with its own private entrance and garden.  Our guest may buy typical products such as wine, olive oil, salami and vegetables.  The environment is hearty and you may spend your nights in company, drinking some good wine to the sound of an accordion.

Half a way between the town of San Gimignamo and Colle Val d\_Elsa, you may find Sant\_Ulivieri farm. About 40 years ago, the Ganozzi purchased the estate of cottages and lands of this farm. Now, as their own choice of life, the landlords live and run directly both the farm working and the farmhouses. The farm extends for about 50 hectares and produces olive oil, Chianti wine, cereals, sunflowers. In the centre of the farm, with a panoramic view over the towers of San Gimignano, is located the country farmhouse that it is thought it was a convent in the year 1000.  Now, it has been restored, yet trying to keep intact its medieval architectural features that remind its ancient origin.

On the ground floor of the building there are two apartments with their own private entrance and garden, with the equipment to have meals outdoors.  The furnishing is simple and comfortable, according to the Tuscan tradition. Each apartment has its own living-room with fully equipped kitchen, one bed-room and a bathroom with a shower. FROM NORTH BY CAR A1- Firenze Certosa exit - towards Siena to Poggibonsi Nord - follow the directions towards San Gimignano, after about Km.10, turn off on your left to Colle Val d\_Elsa. After Km.2, on your right, you will find the entrance into the farm
 FROM SOUTH BY CAR  A1 - Val di Chiana - drive on Siena-Firenze motorway to Colle al d\_Elsa Sud exit - get to Colle Val d\_Elsa and drive on to San Gimignano, 2 Km. far from the hamlet of Borgatello, you will find on your left the entrance into the farm.
