The structure offers 4 apartments with 20 beds available in total. Each apartment has an independent entrance and is provided with television, linen for the bathroom, bed-linen, table-linen, earthenware and pottery for the kitchen, and a small private safe. Each suite has an independent heater on demand (for extra charge).

"Bilegno" Apartament This apartment (about 65 mq) is located on the ground floor. It offers a spacious kitchen, a dining room with a chimney, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This suite is available for maximum 6 people.
 "La Stalla" Apartament This apartment (about 52 mq) is located on the ground floor and is furnished with facilities for the disabled. It offers a kitchen equipped with a chimney, 2 bedrooms and only 1 bathroom. It is available for maximum 4 people.  
 "Istrice" Apartament This apartment (about 65 mq) is located on the first floor where you can enjoy a relaxing view of the surrounding countryside. It offers a spacious dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is available for maximum 6 people.  
 "La Volpe" Apartament This apartment (about 52 mq) is located on the first floor and has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and it is available for maximum 4 people.

where we are

THE NORTH: motor-road A1 - Orvieto exit, follow the �Umbro Casentinese� road n� 71 for Montefiascone (about 30 Km).  THE SOUTH: motor-road A1 � Orte exit, go towards Viterbo on the �Viterbo-Civitavecchia� highway, get off at the exit for Siena, go toward Montefiascone riding the SS Cassia road for 15 Km. The resort is 3 Km from the historical centre of Montefiascone; 15 km from Viterbo; 120 Km from Siena; 100 Km from Rome; 30 Km from Orvieto; 40 Km from Orte; 70 Km from Civitavecchia.   Once at Montefiascone, you have to ride the �Verentana� Provincial road for 2 km (in the direction of the little town of Marta), then turn left (�VIII Marzo� street) and continue until the end of the asphalt street. At the end of this continue for about 300 meters (on the dirt road), and follow the signs for �Agriturismo Il Casone�.
