Selvapiana holiday accommodation is situated in Tuscany at an altitude of 550m in a splendid panoramic position in the heart of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. Framed by valleys and mountains it is only 30 mins. away from Prato and 40 km from Florence. It offers an ideal spot for a totally relaxing holiday.Our guests can enjoy the excellent local cuisine and relax in the pool or in the spacious �natural� garden that surrounds the property.There are country walks and trekking routes along pathways close to the property and as far as the nature reserve where local wildlife, such as majestic deer, are often to be seen.Vernio railway station is only 7 km away. Trains to Prato take 15 mins. and those to the historical city of Florence, just over 30-40 mins.Selvapiana can accommodate up to 11 guests in double rooms, including a splendid suite with a panoramic view.

"Roses" is a double room with private entrance from 'outside, the pavement is typical of the Tuscan terracotta, with painting the walls of a very beautiful pink underwear. E 'with a comfortable bed in wrought iron with and latex mattress. The bathroom with shower. "Glicene" is a double room with independent access from the comfortable porch and the pavement is cooked in Tuscany and the wall painting of a yellow ocher. E 'with a comfortable double bed in wrought iron and latex mattress and it is a comfortable sofa with wrought iron sides. The bathroom with shower.
 "Gelsomino" is a double room with private entrance from 'outside, very reserved. The floor is typical of the Tuscan terracotta, with painting the walls of a beautiful yellow ocher. E 'with a comfortable bed in wrought iron. Private bathroom with shower. 
The suite consists of an entrance, a ground floor with tiled floors with a double bed, a corner TV, anteroom and bathroom with shower. A comfortable wooden staircase leads to a loft with ceilings and floors of wood. In the loft there is a double bed in wrought iron and an armchair, a large truss gives an enchanting view of the valley.
