Agriturismo Petrognano is immersed in the heart of the countryside of Florence amongst vineyards, olive groves and orchards. The complex is a recently restored and comfortably furnished antique farmhouse, composed of six apartments and surrounded by a splendid garden. Guests can enjoy a striking panorama, typical of the hills of Tuscany, including a view of Vallombrosa and its antique abbey. A swimming pool and tennis court are at the guests disposal. Farm Holidays Estate Petrognano is an ideal base for visting the Tuscan art cities: Florence (only 20 minutes away by car), Arezzo, Siena and the Chianti Region...

The antique farmhouse from the 1700s, recently restored using materials typical of Tuscan houses and comfortably furnished, is composed of six cozy independent apartments, all with independent heating and satellite television. All have separate entrances from a characteristic covered courtyard.
The residential area is surrounded by a splendid garden with private spaces and a barbecue at the guests� disposal. From the cottage you can enjoy a striking panorama, typical of the Tuscany hillside.
There is also a tennis court with synthetic grass and a swimming pool surrounded by ample green space, a verandah furnished with tables and chairs, a laundry area with a washing machine, and parking spots. At our guests disposal: free internet wireless connection in all apartments.
The environment is particularly adapted to those seeking absolute relaxation, but also to those who love to visit artistic and cultural centers of Tuscany.

(73 m2 � Sleeps 4) First floor: living room/dining room with cooking corner (oven, freezer, dishwasher), fireplace and access to a furnished, panoramic verandah (12 m2), 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with two beds and access to the verandah, 1 bathroom with shower. The apartment includes a furnished area in the garden.

Agriturismo Petrognano is located 20 kilometers from Florence and can be reached by following these directions:
- For those coming from Milan: Autostrada del Sole (A1), Firenze Sud exit, follow the signs for Bagno a Ripoli, Vallina, Pontassieve and then for Incisa, Arezzo until S. Ellero. Then turn left, following the signs for Vallombrosa, Tosi, Donnini. After approximately 600 meters, turn right at the �Agriturismo di Petrognano� sign.
- For those coming from Rome: Autostrada del Sole (A1), Incisa/Reggello exit, follow the signs for Florence, Pontassieve, Leccio until S. Ellero. Then turn right, following the signs for Vallombrosa, Tosi, Donnini. After approximately 600 meters, turn right at the �Agriturismo Petrognano� sign.
